Our products
We work hard to describe our products accurately. Product descriptions are written by us based on the real items, and photographs show the products themselves. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens, and minor variations in natural materials such as wood or sisal are normal.
Orders and your contract with us
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We will send you an order confirmation by email; your contract with us begins when we accept your order, which is normally when we dispatch it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error — in which case we will contact you and refund any payment taken.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and the total you pay — including delivery — is shown in full before you confirm your order. Payment is taken when you place your order, and is processed securely by our payment provider.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched within one to two working days and typically arrive within three to five working days anywhere in the US. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full details.

You agree not to misuse this website — for example by attempting to disrupt it, harvesting data from it, or submitting anything unlawful or harmful through it.

All content on this website, including our product descriptions, guides, images and branding, belongs to GoCat or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for the items concerned.
